I am often amazed at how much I can get done when I want to, and how little when I don’t.
I frequently try to find things that are quick and easy to fix for lunch. I recently got some frozen breakfast burritos and tried one. I was more than surprised to see when I cut into the first one that the filling reminded me very much of what I remember baby poop looked like.
Taking a chance, I took a bite and discovered it didn’t taste too bad. In eating the rest of it I determined it was best to eat without looking.
I seem to be getting better at turning wood bowls on my new lathe. I have now completed 27 or 28, I’ve lost count. My latest is an 8 ½” cherry bowl with 3/32” upper wall thickness. The other is 10” diameter. It is glued up using white oak, African Mahogany, and walnut pieces.
